Throughout the academic year, LiveWell hosts a variety of workshops and programs designed to promote the eight dimensions of holistic wellness.

Each month, LiveWell spotlights a dimension of wellness and creates unique programs and workshops to promote that dimension.

The schedule for 2019-2020 is as follows:

  • December – Social Wellness
  • February – Financial Wellness
  • March – Professional Wellness
  • April – Environmental Wellness
  • May – Spiritual Wellness
